Stuffed Taco Shells

2 lbs. hamburger
2 envelopes taco seasoning
8 oz. cream cheese
24 jumbo shells
1/4 cup butter
1 jar (16 oz.) salsa
1 cup taco sauce
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese

Prepare taco meat according to package directions. Add cream cheese and simmer until melted. Put meat in freezer while you boil shells. Drain shells when soft and run under cold water for a few minutes. Toss shells with butter. Fill each shell with the taco meat. Place 1/2 the salsa (1 cup) in bottom of glass 9x13 baking pan; put shells in bottom of pan on top of the salsa. Spread remaining salsa on top of shells. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350*. Sprinkle with cheese and bake, uncovered, 15 minutes more or until cheese is melted.

This recipe is a favorite around our house! I hope you enjoy it!
