Flour tortillas
Softened butter or margarine
Whatever else you want to put in it
Take 2 tortilla shells & butter on side of each. Place shell #1 on griddle (325 degrees). Fill with cheese, chicken, salsa, or other toppings. Place shell #2 on top, butter side up. Let cook, flip, then take off griddle, cut and serve hot.
Toppings you can use:
Pizza sauce, cheese, chicken, salsa, cheddar cheese.
You can put anything on it that you want! Experiment with it! Have Fun!
After they're cooked we dip them in sour cream and/or salsa!

Um! I love these! Mom got a quesadilla maker for Christmas a few years ago, but we haven't had them for a while.

One time I used shredded-up ham and a cheddar/mozzarella mix cheese on them. That was really good! I don't think we have done chicken before. I'll have to try that...
