Santa Fe Chili

This is a favorite recipe of ours! We all love it, even the younger girls who do not like beans. Very easy to make!

Santa Fe Chili
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained

Add the following:

2 cans kidney beans
2 cans black beans
2 cans pinto beans
2 cans chili beans
2 cans whole kernel corn
2 cans diced tomatoes (if you don't like tomatoes, we've subsituted 2 small cans of tomato sauce)

2 packets dry, ranch dressing mix (we've also used 2 Thps. of other kinds of dry dressing mixes, usually Penzey's Buttermilk Ranch)
2 Tbps. taco seasoning

Mix all together with a spoon, bring to a boil, let simmer til flavors are all blended--about 30 minutes.

Yummy with sour cream, cheddar cheese and corn chips on top.
