1 2/3 cup sugar
1 cup oil
16 oz. can of pumpkin (about 1 and 3/4 cup)
2 cups flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
In mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
Gradually add pumpkin mixture and mix well. Pour into ungreased 15x10 baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool completely.
6 oz. cream cheese
4 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
3-4 T. milk
Beat cream cheese, sugar, butter and vanilla in bowl. Add enough milk to achieve desired spreading consistency. Spread on bars.
*These bars also freeze well
This is wonderful dessert for large families. It makes a lot and our family really likes it. :)
