Feature Recipe from...

These delectable treats definitely help take the edge off of the craving for something sweet. Cut into small squares and freeze extra squares for later on.
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1/4 cup potato starch
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup hot water
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8" square pan. Stir together flours, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In large bowl, beat oil and sugars. Add egg, vanilla and water. Stir in dry ingredients. Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes. For best results, allow brownies to cool completely before cutting (less crumbling this way).

These look good. Some of my family members are allergic to wheat so we have to be careful! This would be a perfect dessert!
