Squash pie?? Never heard of that one before! :) We received some squash from some friends and decided to look up recipes... find something yummy! Well Liz and I found this, and at first were very doubtful! I made it though and we like it better than pumpkin pie! It is a little bit lighter in texture. Very yummy! Enjoy it!
