Ham and Cheese Stuff'n puff

Prep.5 minutes Total 1 hour & 10 minutes


10 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup sour cream
2 packages frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
2 packages stuffing mix for chicken
18 oz. Boiled ham, chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar Cheese, divided


Preheat oven to 375*. Beat eggs, milk and sour cream in large mixing bowl with wire whisk until will blended. Add broccoli, dry stuffing mix, ham and 1 cup of the cheese; mix lightly.
Pour mixture into 2- qt. baking dish or 9 -inch pie plate; cover loosely with foil.
Bake 1 hour. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is cooked through.

Makes 12 servings.
This is a very quick meal to make!
