Courtship Dip

~This is a super yummy dip! Our family tried it last Monday for Memorial Day and then we had it last night! Enjoy!!!~

2-14 oz. cans refried beans
1-8 oz. pkg light cream cheese
1-16 oz. pkg light sour cream
1 pkg Southwest seasoning, to taste
1 clove pressed garlic
2 cups Mexican cheese, shredded
1-16 oz. jar salsa
1 bag tortilla chips

Spread refried beans on bottom of heat-safe baking dish. In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients (except salsa) and layer onto refried beans. Top with shredded cheese and heat at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. Top with salsa before serving.

We'll have to try it, I think tonight. :) And I'm being serious! It is our night that Mom isn't on her "diet". So we eat kinda' "unhealthy".

Yummy! Steph
