Breaded Ranch Chicken

Hello all! I'm a little late in getting my post on for 4th of July, but this is a good recipe for anytime. We tried it for the first time the other night and it was definitely a "do again" recipe.

1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes
1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
2 envelopes ranch dressing mix
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved
1 cup butter, melted

In a shallow bowl, combine the cornflakes, Parmesan cheese and salad dressing mix. Dip chicken in melted butter, then roll in cornflake mixture to coat. Place in a greased baking dish(es). Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
