3 lbs. chicken strips
1 stick butter or margarine
garlic (you can use garlic salt, and then not have to use additional salt)
Melt butter in large skillet, layer in chicken. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, basil and garlic. Cook until golden brown, turn over and sprinkle with seasonings again. Cook on remaining side. ~Compliments of Rachel Ballenger~
