Chicken Ragu

A Quick Fix

I am going to start out with a super EASY recipe.... it is perfect for one of those "Oh dear, what shall we have for supper?!?" nights. One of the nice things about this recipe is that you can make as much or little as you want.

Chicken Ragu

Prep. time: 5 minunts
Bake time: 30 minutes

Boneless chicken breasts
Ragu or other spaghetti sauce
Lemon pepper (spice)

Rinse chicken. Place in 9x13 pan. Pour Ragu sauce over chicken, covering completely. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, covered, then 10 minutes, uncovered.

Looks good! I'll have to try it sometime when things are crazy around here. We always keep chicken and spaghetti sauce on hand, so that will be a good addition to my recipe book. Do you have any 'quicky' side dish that would go good with it? Thanks for posting it! TTYL.

I'll have to see what I can come up with for a quick side. I thought of a couple that are good sides, but not really FAST.
Any ideas, anyone?

Of course, there is always a fresh green leaf salad or even a fruit salad that would make a good "throw together side".
