Cream Cheese Coffee Cake

1 stick butter or margarine
8 ounces cream cheese
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
1/2 milk

Cream first four ingredients. Add all other ingredients. Beat five minutes on medium speed. Spread in two, 9 inch pie plates. Sprinkle with topping. Bake for thirty minutes at 350*.

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, melted.
We like to make this for breakfast, snacks, dessert, and I even chose it in place of my birthday cake one time! It is really good, and pretty simple. It makes two whole 'pies', so it is perfect for a big family. I hope you enjoy this! -Krissy Cooper
