White Chip Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 2/3 cup white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the banilla. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; stir into the creamed mixture. Fold in the white chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!

We had a bake sale awhile back, and these cookies turned out really good!
