Banana Split Pie

Crust: 9 whole graham crackers, crushed to 1 1/4 cups
1/4 cup sugar
6 tbsp. butter, melted.

To Prepare Crust: Preheat oven to 300*. Butter 9-inch pie plate. Combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Gradually add butter, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated. Press onto bottom and sides of prepared pie plate. Bake 10 minutes. Cool completely.

Filling: 1 package (3 1/4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding mix (dry)
1 cup milk
3 cups whipped topping, divided
2 medium bananas, sliced
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1/3 cup chopped maraschino cherries
2 tbsp. chcolate fudge sauce.

To Prepare Filling: In large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Beat 1 minute or until thickend. Beat in 2 cups whipped topping until well combined. Fold in bananas. Pour into cooled crust. Top with pineapple and cherries. Spread remaining 1 cup whipped topping over cherries and drizzle with fudge sauce.

Chill:4 to 5 hours or until firm.

Makes: 8 servings. :)

I was going to try and post a main dish, but when I saw this recipe, I went nuts!!!
