2 cups (4 sticks) butter or margarine, slightly melted
3 cups sugar
4 eggs
5 1/2 cups flour
4 teaspoons cream of tarter
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
*4 tablespoons sugar
*4 teaspoons cinnamon
Cream butter, sugar, and eggs; then add flour, cream of tarter, baking soda, and salt. Roll into walnut-size balls and roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Preheat oven to 400 degrees (I used our convection oven at 400 degrees). Bake for 9 minutes, or until bottom of cookie is lightly browned (I used a spatula to check). Enjoy!

Krissy, Those look really good! I think we have made something like it before! Dad really likes them.

Hi everyone-
I don't know if anyone else knows but the Coopers are not doing good at all. They all are REALLY sick, but Krissy and The Baby are the worst, from what I gather. I just wish someone from here would help us pray...? Thank you. Steph
