Twice-Baked Potatoes

15 medium potatoes, peeled, boiled in salt water
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine

Combine boiled potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, and onion powder in mixer (you can mash them). Add a small amount of milk, if necessary. Add shredded cheddar cheese. Spread in 9x13 inch pan and put melted butter over the top, then sprinkle with paprika. You can refrigerate or freeze until needed. Bake at 350* for 1 hour
